elementary project forums

Hey everybody, the elementary team is taking a little break from make public releases right now in order to make sure we give you a super polished complete package in the near future. Having said that, It'd be great to get some feedback about our currently posted projects like elementary icons, eGTK, eDark, eGDM, our website, wiki, etc.

We've got a lot of great things planned including elementary OS!

As always, critique, praise, and ideas are more than welcome.

My request is a repository for OpenSUSE, that way I don't have to manually download everything and when you've updated the project I get the latest version. For now I must say it is a true pleasure working with elemantary and is very easy on the eyez.

I miss an icon with a folder + video and a folder + music tone. Unless I overlooked those I haven't been able to find them. Would be great and nice to have those, so that in Cairo-dock you can distinguise the different folders.

Both the video and music folders will be in elementary 2.0, as well as a downloads and pictures folder. However, I'm not sure about the SUSE repo. SUSE uses RPM's and we use DEB's.

Fair enough, I'll keep an eye on future developments then, by checking on a regular basis.

Hey there Dan, I was wondering if you could come up with a candy like theme, like with glossy buttons and candy colors but milk matte windows.....
I am using UNR and I know that people would love a UNR version of your fabulous theme....

I'm honestly not sure what the future will hold for elementary's GTK theme

What I really need is a developer to work on it! I don't really have the skills or the time to dedicate to it. (That's why it just isn't as good as some of the other stuff)
